Jey is the Founder of CSI Global. His storied career spanning 50 years was built as a Director of top UK companies such as Waterman and Pell Frischman. Jey was a pioneer with bringing structural engineering design services to India from 1994 and is credited with founding the first company to carry out reinforced concrete detailing in India.
Jey has been responsible for some of the most iconic projects that dot the London skyline, designing structures of a total value of over £4 billion. A good proportion of this experience is in specialist structures such as long span three-dimensional structures, cable nets and space frames. He is experienced in deep basement construction, major structural works in existing buildings, temporary works and services-structural integration.
Jey has created and nurtured long-term relationships with leading developers and architects. Over the years, he has been successful with securing new work and delivering major projects. He has developed and managed large, highly skilled and motivated teams, spanning multiple continents.
Director
Rossi is a Chartered Structural Engineer with over 25 years' experience in full 3D capability of structural design, specialising in Model-based 3D software and Advanced Finite.Elements Analysis in the UK. Her contribution is immense and in the last 20 years she has designed structures to the value of £3 billion and more. Her willingness to learn and embrace new challenges have helped her to develop an expertise in a wide range of structural solutions, including concrete, steel, timber, masonry and composite structures.
She is self-motivated and an innovative and entrepreneurial thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; a reliable and dependable person, who sets high personal standards and applies a rigorous, but practical approach to projects and tasks.
Partner/ Director
Balaji is our Director of Projects with over 33 years of experience in the construction industry. He comes with an in-depth knowledge of civil and structural engineering, a passion for reinforced concrete detailing and BIM. His accuracy for detail, communication proficiency and management aptitude are huge advantages to the company. He has vast experience in the Engineering services industry for managing RC Detailing and BIM projects in Construction, Power, Energy as well as Water and Transportation sectors. This, coupled with his extensive multi-disciplinary experience gives Balaji an edge in understanding clients' specific requirements, which enables CSI Global to provide the best detailing and BIM services in the region.
Partner
Andrew Ebe is our Admin Head and he oversees the entire administration of the UAE office. He has extensive experience in Admin and also serves as Partner in CSI.
Principal Coordinator
Muthugurubaran manages Technical Services in the UAE and has over 15 years of professional experience in the preparation/ Checking of Architectural GA’s, Blockwork Drawings, RC shop drawings and Concrete General Arrangement drawings for major projects such as Metro Rail, High rise building, retaining walls, airports, water tanks, stadiums, School Buildings, Commercial Buildings & Residential Apartments. He has extensive project coordination experience too.
