The Iconic Katara Towers project involves the construction of a 36 story twin towers offering a five-star hotel and six-star hotel serviced apartments, two basement levels and a parking level. The property will make available a total of 614 rooms. The project will also include two floors dedicated to a shopping mall that consists of restaurants, entertainment and recreation facilities. The project has been enhanced with additional facilities, including a man-made satellite beach-front island. This will be home to a mix of leisure and water sports facilities, food and beverage outlets as well as water parks.

Once completed, the complex will cover an area of 300,000 square meters and is estimated to cost a total of QR2.2 billion.
